empty sent friend requests taking up friend list room

i can't remove or block any of these empty sent friend requests, and i don't even have half the max amount of 300 friends in combined sent requests and people in my friend list. I can't add more people because of this bug.

Send a report to Riot so they can help us resolve this issue. :)
