That's normal? S2-G4 generally play together especially if you're on the higher end of S2 and lower end of G4. You're literally playing against the worst gold players of their division and you're complaining why? It's not like you're playing against a full D5 team while you're all B1.

this was taken after we lost. Their udyr got fed and destroyed everyone, which was expected given hes 60%+ winrate on udyr.

oh and this isnt gold 4 vs silver 1, there are ppl with gold 2 mmr in there, its medium golds vs high silvers, which is a noticeable difference.

100 MMR is basically nothing.

a 100 mmr difference isnt "basically nothing" that's a whole half tier apart. And this is especially bad for the difference between gold and silvers. My team was practically running back and forth with no real strat or plan by mid to late game, which is why we lost.

The other team had better morale, shot calls, and plays simply because they had better players on all lanes, which ISN"T FAIR.
