I used to buy boots cuz it can upgrade to homeguard.
But now, items give you tons of movespeed and homeguard are free for everyone, who gonna buy boots again?

Heck the items even give better AS then their usual shoes, triforce gives cdr, and yea all the movement items for crit champs can just replace boots in most cases esp on crit champs with huge built-in mobility
