After the changes Increased mana pool by 25% is just silly.

It still requires a champ who can stack it in a reasonable amount of time. Just because you get a mana refund instead of weak mana regen isn't gonna break it, it's just going to make it so that champs who've expensive spells aren't prevented from using it well.
tear is easier to stack now with recent buff
