balance team

fix top lane. but dont tell the riven or renekton mains. they will bitch about how their champ is balanced cause of animation cancels and how every other champ is broken. also rework your balance team. their passive of make who ever abuses the champions better wins is too op. and their q of piss everybody off cause we wont do anythign about a broken champion cause the pro players dont like it is also too op
