I've Reached Diamond 5 With 3 Rune Pages

You think that someone that plays enough to reach the top 2% of the leaderboard would be able to afford more than 3 rune pages???? I don't even have all the champions and definitely not all the runes I need, I have a tier 2 rune quint for one of my pages. Something needs to be done this is ridiculous.

While the rune system sucks sucks for ip grind alot of people forget riots a business that needs to make money to exist and ip boosts to help grind runes makes riot money which they need to function and continue to make lol.
