Increase the punishments for dodging a lobby

The higher in rank one goes, the more people dodge in ranked lobbies. It's annoying to sit in queue for so many minutes, then go through the champion select and then someone decides to dodge when the game would start in 2 seconds.

I understand sometimes you have to dodge because real life isssues happen but mostly it's because you are either unhappy with your teammates or their picks compared to the enemies.

Riot, please consider making dodge punishments harsher so that players would have to focus more on the picking phase. Especially I would be thankful if you could make last second dodges more punishing since those are the biggest headache.
