Gragas buffs/changes when?

So Gragas has been possessing such low winrates since preseason and he still haven't been buffed or changed in any way. I know Gragas would instantly become a pick/ban when he's viable so that's why I would expect some kit tuning to make him a less of a generalist. However, I have no idea if that will ever be a thing in Riot's to-do list.

At the moment Gragas is playable but there are just simply better choices who outweight him. What I hate most of his past nerfs is the CD increase for ulti. This makes Gragas weaker in the early game and we all know that those are the most critical minutes which decides the outcome of the match. Also there is this annoying small detail with Gragas' bodyslam. It's almost impossible to hit the wolves on the upper side when dashing through the thin wall next to them. Meanwhile on the other side it will always collide with the wolves. This is dumb, I thought the map was supposed to be symmetrical.
