rework botlane

so i cant play adc. always mained mid because i can play 1 v 1. because when i get a real supp like soraka sona etc i play good. but when i get these teemo full ap or these full ap lux supp who go 1 v 2 and then flames me for ''watching'' i cant do anything. please riot you need to punish players who dont know what supp means.
