rework fizz for real riot

honestly fizz got two buffs. first his R deals more dmg on longer range thats a buff. got a mark now thats a buff too. you said you reworked fizz but he just R and E and mark off seriously he is so freaking broken its unbelievable rito. seriously you remove katas mark on her Q so she would be different from other assassins but you give fizz a mark so he can one shot anyone even easier? please just tell me how you thought about this so called ''rework''?
