Juggernaut Rework: The Sequel [Part 2 of 4] (Part 2: Dr. Mundo)
Howdy all, I think Riot is heading in a good direction with making these juggernaut champions more dynamic and original. Let's look at some more "Juggernauts" and a few ideas I had for improving their feel of play.

Mundo is an extremely fun champion but he seems very stale. Lets do some work!
Old Passive: Adrenaline Rush Dr. Mundo regenerates 0.3% maximum health each second.
Note: This passive is boring and has nothing to do with an adrenaline rush!
New Passive: Adrenaline Rush Gains stacks of adrenaline deals or takes damage to a cap. Each stack increases movespeed. Stacks quickly when not dealing or taking damage for 5 seconds.
**Note: **Now it feels like an Adrenaline Rush! And we can take the escaping component from Mundo's ultimate. He shouldn't be running. He goes where he pleases.
Old Q: Infected Cleaver ACTIVE: Dr. Mundo hurls his cleaver in a line, dealing magic damage to the first enemy it hits, capped at a minimum threshold, and slowing them by 40% for 2 seconds. The damage is capped against minions and monsters.
Note: Not much changes. The damage is now over 3 seconds to make it feel like you are "infected" and it doesnt feel so nukey. and attacking enemies with this debuff reduce cooldown.
**New Q: Infected Cleaver ** Active: Dr. Mundo hurls his cleaver in a line, dealing magic damage to the first enemy it hits over 3 seconds, capped at a minimum threshold, and slowing them by 40% for 2 seconds. The damage is capped against minions and monsters. Attacking an enemy infected by cleaver will reduce the cooldown of cleaver significantly.
Old W: Burning Agony TOGGLE: Dr. Mundo deals magic damage each second to nearby enemies and reduces the duration of crowd control on himself.
New W: Burning Agony Toggle: Dr. Mundo deals magic damage and reduces armor and MR each second to nearby enemies and reduces the duration of crowd control on himself each second it is active, decaying rapidly when deactivated.
Note: Now you can't just toggle free tenacity on and off instantly but it now reduces armor and mr over time, giving him more identity as the tank-killing tank he was meant to be.
Old E: Masochism ACTIVE: Dr. Mundo gains bonus attack damage, increased by 1% per 1% of his missing health, for 5 seconds.
Note: Masochism is tweaked, he now gains passive resistances the lower his health is. Making him able to hold onto a sliver of health as he is known
New E: Masochism Passive: Gains increased armor and mr based upon missing health. Active: Gains bonus damage on auto attacks that is increased based upon missing health. Lasts 8 seconds.
Old R: Sadism ACTIVE: Dr. Mundo regenerates health every second for 12 seconds and gains bonus movement speed for the duration.
**Note: **The new passive replaces the need for increased movespeed on R. And he being low hp is what makes him stronger, why would he want to heal it all back?
New R: Sadism Passive: Mundo's attacks and spells deal bonus damage to low hp enemies. Active: All attacks and abilities restore health based upon Mundo's HP.
Notes: Mundo's new Ult embodies the Sadist he is. Taking joy in the suffering of others and gaining power. He now basically has a gunblade for his ultimate. Each attack and spell will heal him greatly. This will make it so he can't just heal out of nowhere and have infinite sustain. He's not the human starfish. He's The Madman of Zaun!
