I started playing ranked again in the preseason, after a few days hit S1 thinking that it would be enough to push me out of bronze at the beginning of S6. I was wrong. A full string of troll promos left me 4W and 6L, which was enough to knock me to B1. Now, I'm stuck in bronze which has left me to observe the squeezing out of the middle ranks:

You're either platinum+ material, or your stuck in bronze because you aren't good enough to climb your way out of all the bullshit that happens in more than 3/4 of every game played in bronze.

Sidenote: Would be cool to have a button in post-game lobby to be able to request not playing with a player again for X amount of days.

I won 7 out of ten of mine and was placed in bronze 5, i could have just akfed each game or fed and still would be in the same spot.

yeah because everyone has the time to play hundreds of 40-60 min games, and try to solo carry in what is suppose to be a team game? The get good and carry statement no longer works now that Riot has spent 3 years beating down on a single player's ability to snowball and carry.

In a game where you are suppose to work with your team to win, You can't keep telling people wanting to climb the same excuse you gave in 2012. You can't tell them to take whatever role they want, to try playing as a one man army, to pick something like Yi and 1v5 the enemy team. This advice is why Silver is such a mess, there is always one guy trying to be a one man carry show in the game, screwing the rest of his team over when they need them the most.

That advice the high elos give to lower elos to solo carry and try to 1v5 everyone is making life a living hell for those actually trying to win WITH TEAMWORK. It has given birth to trolls that give up because they didn't get what role/champ they wanted. and causes frustration and headache because games are forced to drag on because one member of the team won't group with his team to help them with something.

And shit like that is why climbing is such a pain, and is nothing but a slow repeating cycle that goes no where every year.
