Live version:

UNIQUE: Grants 100% base health regen per 5 seconds if your current health percentage is lower than your current mana percentage. Grants 100% base mana regen per 5 seconds if your current mana percentage is lower than your current health percentage."

PBE version:

UNIQUE Passive - Harmony: Increases to your % Base Mana Regeneration stat also increase your % Base Health Regeneration stat by the same amount."

I doubt it will get much attention, but the change is interesting change to me.

yep, now Soraka can heal until her staff breaks in half!

but seriously, I think it's a good change that allows tanky supports an opt in item path as well as opposed to it being purely for enchanters.
