Playing Old Katarina, Why I Dislike New Katarina 650k Mastery Points Kat OTP

WARNING: I was as nice as possible but i'm a little triggered by the kat rework sorry about the rant just had to say what was on my mind, if you disagree that's fine i just wanted to state my opinion even if it floated through the posts and was never talked about by anybody. I believe my opinion is in the minority however i strongly dislike the reworked katarina, I think my opinion is slightly valid considering i have almost 650k mastery points on katarina. I would like the option to play the old katarina again, the new katarina just doesn't have the same fluidity and same feel, its like a new champion and it no longer fits my play style. I worked hard to climb from bronze to platinum in one season and it feels like all my efforts went to waste and I'm starting over from scratch. This may not be a problem for most people but I really can't play anybody else. q-e-w all promote mobility and blinking but her r requires she stands still for 2.5 seconds it just doesn't fit in her kit. Her movements are clunky in general and her daggers are easily avoidable. Pre-rework Katarina was considered "overpowered" by many but i believe that exhaust, locket, maw, cc, and almost every lane opponent countered her, I thought of her as champ that was strong if you let her get away with things and didn't build against her correctly, that isn't a problem with the champs strength but with the opponents ability to asses the situation and build accordingly, if a support sees a katarina they can take exhaust, i even see mid laners take it because it works so well. If you think she is weak than you haven't seen a mid game katarina hit her power spike and snowball a lead.
