What is a better build?
As mf. What build is better (out of those two only) Dusk yomumu Dominik ie statik rapid fire Or Dusk yomumu Dominik ie statik storm razor What does more damage?

For higher burst damage you go with the first.
For better sustained damage you go with the second.
So you're just asking which is better, Rapid Firecannon or Stormrazor? You will get more damage out of Stormrazor than Rapid Firecannon, due to the guranteed crit, attack speed increase, movement speed increase, and raw damage. That being said 
+ 
give you a lot of sustained critical. Where Duskblade + Stormrazor will give you large amounts of burst damage; effectively turning you into a ranged Assassin with high movement speed.
MF is one of the champs that has more viable builds and none of them is "the best build" for every game that you can just copy paste against every team comp.
And same goes for her Keystone since she can be played with both Aerys or Comet to be even more lane bully, FleetF if you will lack sustain against a poke lane, PtA against a huge frontline team and even Conqueror. (There's a perfect guide in the MF mains sub reddit)
And for the build it also depends about who you to againt since getting 2 leth items will give you more dmg against squishies teams and against a more tank team going ER-IE-RFC was better but crit MF will die with the crit changes so idk, I hope Stormrazor and new ER go well on her.
I did this once... it was a fun game
I read on the mf Reddit that dark harvest was good on her. Tried it and never went back.
I usally goes > > as core build and fleetfoot work for sustain.
