the problem is still the low game times and heavy snowballing, not that the lategame class doesnt have a strong enough early game.

They pretty much put the powerspike back where it was supposed to be for ADCs.
They need to do the same for all the other classes because they're spiking relatively too early now.
Don’t even buff adcs. Just buff towers and nerf magic damage to them. Then picking adcs will reward you for the early game struggle.
Adcs dont need buffs they need to adapt and learn risk versus reward isntead of reward in everything they do
Stormrazor isn't for ADCs TBH. It's way better on assassins and slow attackers. ADCs don't really need item buffs but they need their enemies nerfed in damage. Also, they need time to scale with fewer people able to destroy them. A Leona can 1v1 an ADC at 2 items with ignite.

Nerf ALL damage. Buff ALL towers (to a reasonable degree). Nerf ALL CC (to a reasonable degree, not 100->0). Bring back actually needing to play the game and not just spam all abilities.
