Can we stick an interrupt on Talon's E?
You know, similar to what was done to Kassadin Q. That way, Talon can interrupt channeled abilities without simply silencing them.

I agree that adding an interrupt to his 99% .25 second slow would definitely be a step in the right direction, both functionally and thematically.

how about that and that the slow lasts a full 1 second so it's not utterly worthless?
