if someone plays soraka jungle and goes like 0/13/0 will they be banned after one game

just wondering seeing as riot doesn't enforce meta... but obviously a soraka jungle can easily die to enemy jungler so it wouldn't be absurd for a soraka jungle who is SERIOUSLY TRYING TO WIN to go 0/13/0 and be mistaken for inting
