Garen needs to be deleted or reworked.
Probably the most outdated and toxic kit left in the game. Low cooldowns, long silence, and a nuke to top off his powerful base damage with zero damage items. Nuke this champ. That is all

you forgot the nuke is ONLY a nuke when you are lowlife, and i mean a Point where a crit from any adc would kill you with almost the same dmg. ever seen the dmg of a garen ult when you are full lifeß RIGHT THAT ISNT DMG
most outdated, slightly. Toxic, no. Teemo is leagues ahead of him in that regard (that mini rework fixed very little of why Teemo is toxic. And no, it's not the poison DoT I'm talking about.)
They are giving Garen a mini rework soon anyways.
