About those Anivia PBE nerfs

So as many of you know, Anivia is receiving some nerfs on the PBE because of her decent win rate. A lot of people use a site called Champion.gg to keep track on some statistics. IF these numbers are accurate, then why is Anivia getting nerfed when there are several other champions with similar win rates and some even with similar play rates?

Now I am not saying anything is OP, but rather just bringing to attention some other numbers. Lux has a higher win rate and is played considerably more than Anivia. Vel and Morg (both mid) have similar win rates, but slightly less play rates yet they aren't being nerfed. Malz and TF both share similar win rates and play rates to Anivia.

Again, I am not calling for nerfs to these champions. I only want to bring to attention that win rates and play rates need to be further analyzed to make a fair judgement. I just feel that Anivia was not granted this courtesy when these PBE changes were made. Warlord's is an example of what should be done. Yas, trynd, and other crit based champs were doing amazingly well with the release of warlords. Instead of knee-jerking and nerfing both warlords and crit champs, Riot nerfed warlords then waited. I feel that Riot needs to be a little more methodical in nerfing/buffing champions during this preseason because of how many new factors are in this preseason. The Anivia nerf seems purely like a knee-jerk reaction.
