I have a warning telling me that I should re-roll shards that I don't want to get the best out of my rewards. Am I at risk of losing my champion/skin shards? I looked at the FAQ for the preseason changes and I'm still kind of confused about what is happening to my shards. I read that Skin Shards were going to stay, but I don't know about champion shards
Champion shards are going to stay too, it's just the disenchant value (how much BE you get for disenchanting them) will be going down in preseason, since there will be more champion shards being earned in the new system.
Also since theres more champion shards in the new system, they're removing the ability to reroll 3 champ shards into a random permanent.
You won't lose anything, they'll just be worth slightly less relatively speaking. If you were saving a champ shard to upgrade it into a permanent or use for leveling up a champs mastery level though, theres no need to do anything different.

Starting Pre-Season we won't be able to re-roll champion shards into other champions anymore because Blue Essence anymore. So it's best to re-roll them for free champions now or disenchant them for Blue Essence which will be multiplied by 6.5 so you get currency back from them
But as I stated I did look at the FAQ and it still was slightly confusing. I just wanted reassurance. You don't have to comment negatively about it. Don't you hate it when people don't read and just try to troll you for no reason? Thanks for the response btw @Shuyin178 and @Mysticman89
