Do Not Ruin Another Champion

Your PBE nerfs to LeBlanc are literally crippling to the champion. She is fine as she is, she is a champion who relies on skill and not a point and click killer. LeBlanc is in a good place and if played right, she does really well, you already nerfed her, but ruining her W is the worst idea ever. Please don't ruin a champion right after you literally reworked her.
