You let people cry about how certain champs are OP. Blah Blah Blah You nerfed Ryze pretty hard, you nerfed Azir a long time ago, and you nerfed LeBlanc TO THE GROUND by ruinning her W. Completely. Guess what? Now all 3 of those champions, have the lowest win rates across ALL regions and one of the lowest play rates. Good job riot, you never learn how to balance champions properly.
I miss when i mained leblanc.
It's not just players who complain about those champions. They completely dominate the pro scene too. I admit they're pretty weak now, but it's better that a few champions are not played, rather than only a few champions are played. Wouldn't you agree? Anyway, don't be so pessimistic. I'm sure they'll get buffs in the future to put them in a better spot. Meanwhile I'll still keep trying even if my main's win rate is the very lowest in the game in both mid and top (I think it's a record low).
You do have a valid point though, the changes are pretty drastic. I'm more into small tweaks. I've been playing some Brood War recently, and there haven't been balance changes in a LONG time, nor will there ever be. But the win rates still fluctuate, not because of nerfs and buffs, but because players adopt to the current strategies.
Leblanc isn't even that bad, her main problem isn't even the damage she does. It's about her not playing like how leblanc mains want to, right now she's forced to use autoattacks in her combos. Rather than being how she used to be, not needing to build 
Keep in mind her passive which is her main source of dmg has an 80% AP ratio and her E has a 100%, her w isn't even for damage - why would a glass cannon go that close to someone? It's for re positioning to get in range for your chain.
Ryze is the yasuo of midlaners, he goes 1/9 but once he gets his 
he's as if he's 9/1. The only reason why his winrate is so low is because he's such a hard champion and/or idiots use his ult to engage. He's OP atm, not overnerfed.
Yet they're all still being played competitively. Azir was played less than a week ago, LB and Ryze still have a strong presence in competitive play.
You all make a excellent point. Yes, she is doing "okay" in competitive, but why the fu** do they base nerfs off competitive crap? In ranked, LB has 2nd lowest played champ, and lowest win rate. Riot does a horrible job nerfing champions. You all go on and on about, they are good late game, they have to build other stuff, well, the 37% win rate and 41% win rate and 0.67% pick rate speaks for itself.
