As a hard core ARAMer myself I think my skills and many other people's are underappreciated by not having a ranked mode for ARAM. There are a lot of game play styles and interesting techniques that could come from this and I think it should be a mode. Does anyone else agree?
while aram isnt fully random on who wins it might as well be, the only way that it would be a ranked q is if you could select your champions but at that point its just spamming champs that are normally strong in aram or building team comps that are even stronger
Nah (random champions), but ranked ABAM or ranked Dominion (Riot, bring back Dominion pls k thx) would be awesome x). I mean it would be funny to do a ranked aram for lulz but you know our player base, people are going to take it way too seriously and get nasty, and having one casual game mode free of jerks (mostly, not recently though >_>) is pretty important.
currently ABAM (All Blind All Mid) seems to be custom game only and it can be tough to get people.
Honestly I think the feeling of wanting a "ranked casual game mode" is because they nixed Dominion, which would have filled that hole.
Yeah, people will win game simply because one happens to play his main while the other gets an actual random champion that he never plays.
The concept for Ranked ARAM is honestly dumb af since the game is already determined by whether you managed to get the champions you play or not, so no.
