What items have the most CDR?

I'm trying to make a max CD-R build on kassadin, with runes(scaling if I can) masteries, and all cdr items. Not focusing on any dmg. One item will be the Cdr boots. Any good CDR items?

I think abyssal has 10% and is a good item on him. morellos gives 20 I think.

there, those are your choices... and if i have to pick one i would be either Abyssal, Zhonyas or Morellos... also CDR boots is terrible on kass

Well CDR is capped at 40%, unless you take the Intelligence mastery. In which case the hard cap is 45%. Building any more CDR after this limit will be meaningless.

The only exception to this is the URF (Ultra Rapid Fire) game mode in which everyone permanently has 80% cdr and no ability costs
