Friendlier BE System

The current BE system doesn't work very well. I currently receive 450-500 BE per level up. Since Thresh is my favorite champ, I would need to wait 14 levels before being able to afford him. I would like to propose a "chip system". Every level, you earn a free champion chip. Each champion can be purchased with BE, RP or 2-8 chips depending on their BE value. I know that this isnt a perfect idea, however, it's near impossible to reach the 20 owned champions mark by ranked, unless you buy cheap champs you don't want to play, thereby weakening your ranked experience by playing unfamiliar champs because you cant afford the ones you do want. I've seen some of my friends receive high value champs in their chests, and some get 2-3 extremely low level ones, even though they're the same level, one player has access to champions they want to play while the other must continue to play with what they have. I feel as if the new system is designed to frustrate and force micro-transactions due to how unattainable the 48-63 champs are. You can either grind for years or pull out your card, or suck off the RNG gods and hope and pray to get someone you actually want. Also while Im on a rant, why do 6300 champ refunds only give you 900 BE?? This store is like an evil mix of EA and GameStop.

From level 30+ the minimum BE gained is 810, add that to the FWOTD, it wont take 14 levels to obtain him.

I created a smurf just because I tasted Thresh on the free rotation and wanted to main him. Now I only use this account on the boards. I feel like we should get to try every champion as we wish in Practice Tool, so we could try them out before spending close to several months worth of grinding. It would also give players insight into every type of kit, and they wouldnt need to make getting champions easier so they wont lose too much money (Riot Points) in the process.
