So I just got permanently banned and spent over an hour in livechat with a Riot employee. For some context, I was playing jungle with a premade bot lane. I ganked, Sivir died, I pushed the wave in and left. From lvl 5 on, she proceeded to fight me for every camp or just sit afk at tower. After the game, I was permabanned for "verbal abuse", I'll post my chat log below. The official Riot stance is: Mute and play. Now how, may I ask, does muting help me, if they aren't saying anything, but simply fighting me for every bit of gold and xp? Furthermore, how am I supposed to play my role as jungler if I'm too far behind to gank or fight at all? They said "Yes, it's a bad situation but you need to deal with it and play to win instead of asking your team for backup"

If you notice, there are zero threats, extremely little cussing, and overall, not even talking to the troll in question. I am unable to fight or farm, and if I afk, I get punished for that. Just remember guys: someone running down mid? Mute them! Problem solved

how do you get out bursted by a marksman that has no items?

You can tax her lane, you can counter jungle, you can hunt enemy champs. So many ways for you to earn gold, yet you choose to be a key board warrior instead of learning to adapt.

It's a duo, not just a sivir. Also, Graves with machete and a long sword cant do much to last hit against a Sivir and Lux. Because this went on so long, I was extremely behind, and they followed me everywhere fighting for every bit of gold and XP. How is a Graves going to "hunt" or counterjungle an Udyr that's 3 levels and an item ahead?

how do you just have a machete and long sword when you are lvl 5. Plus you got a double kill.

If it went on for so long, then surely you should be able to adapt. Which you didn't and still just went keyboard warrior mode.

Just out smart the troll and use her as a mobile ward.

because you spent the entire log passive-aggressively flaming and harassing the sivir. You made an already bad situation even worse for your other teammates. Instead of having to deal with a trolling sivir, now they also have to deal with a whining teammate as well. You both deserved to be punished.

Ok so...what will you do in this situation with 2 players ruining the game for another? Now it's 2v5 because i'm too far behind to do anything and the duo isn't grouping

I would definitely not flame in chat because it does not help the situation and just tilt my own self further the more i flame.

Winning and losing is part of this game, 50% win rate is what people tell me. I simply acknowledge that is this one of those losing game and just play it out until we lose. You will ALWAYS lose as much as you win so why get so worked up on something that is naturally part of the game (losing).

See, and that's where you're wrong. We WON that game. I DID play it out, but that DOES NOT mean I have to bend over and ask lube or no lube from the premade that in Riots eyes, is above the rules. Losing IS natural but losing because someone decides to ruin the game for everyone else is NOT natural and SHOULDNT be tolerated.

You don't need to bend over or ask for anything. You simply mute them and ignore them. Frankly, premade has always been at a disadvantage in my eyes.

First off, 1 report = 9 reports. Best they can do is have both their reports against you weighted only once while you can report both of them and have your reports weighted as two against both of them.

and no one here is saying anything about the person trolling but 1 person. If we start punishing the trolls and the people that casue raging, we can end the rage. Punish the cause not the effect. If I punch a cop and the cop shoots me, I get put in jail not the cop. Punish the trolls. I just ended a game with a vayne doing 18.9k dmg in 45 minutes and a tryda who was 5/15 and since I'm in promos I couldn't dodge, when I seen team comp so i played it out and it went just as I seen it would through team chat and champs picked. Punish trolls and we SHOULD see less of this happening and less people raging.

That's what I'm trying to say. Cause and effect should be kept in mind because would I have had this behavior IF I hadn't been trolled by a griefing duo? NO. But the report system favors premades and the aggressor. Jail the rape victim, not the rapist. "We care about our community" Bullshit. If you ban the people that are victims of the problem, it creates more accounts, boosts microtransactions, and they get to roll in the benefits.

This is standard on Sivir in pro play as few can match her pushing power. She can hard shove the lane for lots of pressure, then use TP for the ability to back early for something like a Pickaxe without letting up any pressure as you're back in lane to keep shoving before they can match your recall. Later on she can swap to Heal/Exhaust for teamfights when laning is over.

But instead you berate them because YOU lack the knowledge.

She took Spellbook, died, traded flash for teleport, and proceeded to troll because I pushed the wave after getting a double. I understand the LATE GAME usage but at 6 minutes in, what good does an 0-2 sivir have with TP/Heal?
