double farm, good amount more kills and assist than other jungler...but they are a higher level?!??!

So I have had multiple games with Evelynn now where the other jungler will literally be half my farm and even less than that in kills an assists. However, I will meet them and they will literally be a level ahead!!! Perfect example, went against an ekko awhile back. I had over 100 farm, he had high 40's, he had significantly less kills and assists, and the dude was a full level ahead of me. Just had a game, we lost, we got stomped by their ialoi. She is strong but played incredibly better vs our tahm. I was at 67 farm, poppy was 38. I had 1 kill and 6 assists, Poppy had 1 and 3. Yet, she was level 10 and I was 9. Is there something I am missing? These are just two examples of multiple games where I'm stomping with eve yet somehow they are levels ahead.

Most likely they were overstaying their welcome in lane or farming close to enemy minions. The radius for XP is pretty big and if you're doing raptors you may be able to get the XP from minions in mid lane (if they are in front of the wall).

Most likely the jungler was just overstaying in lanes or hiding in brush which is good for you because that means you have MUCH more gold.

Level isn't super important anyway unless it's lv6 vs lv5 or in very specific matchups; items are more important and you would have more gold.
