JG Malz is literally a shittier Fiddlesticks with worse teamfighting and sustain. He is only better against high cc teams (and CC like 
)because of his passive, and little else. He was less damage, less sustain, less CC, worse ganks, etc.
And his midlaning was ludicrously nerfed because cant have him deleting Zed.
