#Introduction Hello, I am Catffeine, a Gold elo Twitch main making a steady climb through the ladder. Because Riot's in-game tips are rarely useful, I decided to start doing daily tips of things I've learned through my climb and will learn over time. I hope people can find these tips useful in their own climb!

This tip is more for ADCs, Midlaners, and Ranged Supports, but can be useful in almost any situation. "The Dance", most simply put, refers to repositioning yourself according to three variables: The health of enemy minions, the position of your enemy, and the health of your minions in that order of priority. You should pay attention to all three at all times and position accordingly. When an enemy minion is close to dying, position yourself as far away from the enemy as you can while being able to last hit the minion. When you see an ally minion is close to dying, position yourself in a safe position to damage the enemy as they're hitting the minion. Lastly, when trading damage, continue walking back and forth in a way that keeps you at max range of the enemy. Mastering movement in lane while trading damage will ensure the maximum amount of lane pressure without giving away cs.
