Referee Role

Hey! We are all concerned about bad behaviours in LoL games, which as a result of having a bad game exeperience. That's why, i think that a referee role would be good to eliminate those behaviours.

I imagine the referee role as the same as the players. There would be a ranking systeme as well ( Bronze--> Challenger).

I will be more precise to explain my vision of the referee

• Referee and Player won't know identity of each other.
• If a player is getting more and more nervous, the referee will mute him (partially or totally)
• The Referee will have to send a report at the end of the game
• Player will have to grade the referee in the end

It can be 1, 2, or 3 referee per games, and a system of vote (between them to apply a mute)

Last but not least, that's tribunal which will have the last word. Indeed tribunal will look at the referee's report and take sanctions (if he have to) and grade the referee. The Better are players and tribunal mark the more referee will climb the ranking. Conversely he'll drop in ranking.

To sum up : referee is a role that act immediately during a match, it will decrease bad behaviours during games and he will be the link between players and tribunal. Tribunal will have the last decision(and sanctions), to avoid bad behaviours from referee . In addition the role of referee may appeal a whole different kind of player in LoL.
