@Meddler: QOL Buff for Elise?

With Lux being able to "pre-detonate" her E to help those with higher ping, how about Elise gets a similar treatment? More specifically, on her R. Currently while Rappeling, Elise can't queue up her switch to Human Form, and the player has to wait until she's fully landed to be able to hit R to transform.

Personally this has led to a lot of screw ups, as I either hit R too early and stay in Spider Form, or I'm so focused on reacting to whether I managed to transform or not, that I sit there vulnerable right next to the enemy.
