Getting sick of penalties for game lagging and saying I didn't accept Q

Recently I've had quite a few problems with games timing out and saying I refused the Q or refused to pick or ban a champion. So I get hit with penalty time outs and can't play. I work for an airline and I play this game literally all over the world on all kinds of connections, including a 120 mbps line at home and have the issue all over...but not all the time. Honestly, most of the time it works just fine. But then it'll go crazy and time out a lot and get hit with penalties. Thinking it's just me or my connection, I asked a lot of people on my friends list and they all seem to have the same issue. So unless riot thinks all of our clients are corrupted, it's an issue on their end.

I started this thread so people can post if they are having the same problem so riot can address it or look into it. Also, I'd not even be writing this except I got a 11 minute ban for the second time out in like 10 minutes and got a little pissed off at the situation and figured they must want me to talk to them on the forums so here I am! Ok, riot, you got me talking to you. Good job! Now please fix the server issues and the constant time outs...and for god's sake, quit putting a damn time penalty when you can see I'm trying to constantly get in to play your game!!
