Nasus spirit fire max, dorans ring nerf

So I've been playing nasus a lot and have encountered some really strong counter like darius and some other aggresive champs. I was shown a video and have been following the stratagy against them. Building a dorans ring to start max spirit fire first buy a second dorans ring and farm and,poke with spirit fire. My question is with the dorans ring passive nerf coming in how much do you all think that will affect this safe build path? Again I only do this play style if I'm up against a champ that zones me from Q stacks hard.

That is I believe the Quasus build and it should hurt a bit but since you're only going to be getting 2 Doran's Rings it shouldn't feel nearly as bad as triple Doran's stackers.

Given than they're simply making the mana return on minion kill unique, not over much.

That said, Nasus could use buffs to everything but the Quasus build anyways.

The easiest way to get to high elo is to realize what's good and play it.

The true mark of a low elo is to justify a strong build as cowardly or unskilled.

Seriously tho. I know certain champs are more punishing to nasus. Personally I have a hard time with darius. I go for a q hit on a minion and he punishes me hard. So instead in those situatoons I adapt my play style FOR THAT SPECIFIC MATCH. And obviously it works because out of three games ive done this against more bully type champs ive won 2 of those games.
