Stay Posıtive1 votesObviously it is hard, and that's what makes it even more important to speak up when problem areas are missed. AshleytheNeko's right. There are hugely obnoxious champions in the game that need to be worked on (like Vayne or Heimer), and those should be way higher on the priority list than champs like Lulu who are marginally working in a lane Riot doesn't want them to.
Lulu's win rate in top lane, the "problem area" that needed nerfing? 50.06% Vayne's win rate as adc is 52.04%, but that goes ignored.

Riot did address a lot of huge problem areas in the recent patch (like Morde, thank god), but nerfing Lulu and not Vayne doesn't make sense.
