Jinx is probably the best out of all of those.

Illoai is really good at annoying opponents that don't know how to deal with her though.

don't buy darius, he's going to be price reduced pretty soon (next champion release)

I'd honestly buy illaoi, she'll help if you need experience with champion extensions (things you can't control inherently in their kit)

Jinx is the strongest one, but if you are willing to put in the time to learn him, Azir is very good.

4 Jinx is an adc and can die easily, somtimes you will get a bad support and games can suck if you don't know how to communicate with your support 3 Illaoi is a top laner tank, she is really strong right now but can't really chase people, she is ultra bad ass in team fights dealing massive damage, but she is slow. 2 Azir is a mid laner mage he builds attack speed and magic and he deals a lot of damage at someone safe distance, he is great at pushing and defending 1 Darius is a top laner who kills anything that moves, massive damage and while being extremly tankey darius has extreme kill potential and is a great champion right now
