Singed isn't strong, He's just a Bruiser counter

Punishing all In's doesn't make you strong, it makes you a counter. Considering that's all bruisers do, it makes Singed seem all powerful in the Bruiser meta (That we're still in for some reason) Just look at Poppy, Nerfed her just when the Bruiser meta started cause she Counters bruisers, And she is pretty fucking shit but she counters bruisers so she seems strong. Singed is the same, Easily punishable, Falls behind Stays Behind, Main source of dmg can be countered by not breathing his toxic vape. I mean this post will probably be changed to "Ornn isn't strong" during the tank meta (Whenever riot decides to end this non-itemizable meta)
