The amount of games that we're clearly lost at the 15 min mark only for everyone else to say "winnable" is kind of aggravating. 3/2 is majority rules not a failed fucking surrender. Surrender's only available at 15 rather than 10.
I agee. When the enemy has 25 kills and we got 7, they got 8 turrets and we got 0. Enemy got all drakes and baron. Then Let me get the hell outta there asap.

You know what's REALLY aggravating? The number of surrender pop-up I have to click on "No" and we win in the end.
You can surrender at 0 by not starting the game. It won't even count as loss. A surrender is literally "helping enemy team", a 4 man surrender is equal to 4 man inting to the point where 5th player can't do anything and autoloses.
