Should you perfect a specific champ and lane, or should you learn a little bit of everything?

I've devoted a lot of my time into learning how to play Riven effectively in the top lane. As well as Jungling with Nautilus. Should I try to learn a champ for each role or perfect the two that I know?

Perfect the ones you know, but it's best to have at least 3 or so champs for the roles that you like, just in case you get that one guy that bans out Riven and Nautilus.

bit of everything. you might not always get your role/ champion so focusing on only one is really not a good idea

I play mostly bot and I practice bot a lot, but I make sure I know how to do the other roles but I make sure I have mastered 1 champ in that role. That way I have a fall back. In ranked I feel that letting people play the roles they are best at helps win more games, rather than forcing them into a role they may not know too well, but that's just me I guess
