Or tryndamere, or any other bruiser that's supposed to lane without ranged skills? If you have anything stronger like a yorrick or something that can poke, and your jungler doesn't gank, you have nothing to do all laning phase. And if you get ganked, or the ennemy's champ is ranged, you lose your turrets whatever you do. Like what's the point of a game like that really

The point of many of the powerhouse champions (Garen, Yi, Tryndamere...) was originally to help newer players get accustomed to the game. They were meant to be easy to get pretty good with and make safe picks later on. The problem is, changes to the core game that haven't been counterbalanced by adjustments to these champions have made them extremely powerful now.
If you're having trouble top, I suggest in most cases rushing Executioner's Calling. Everyone will tell you to ignore this item and will call me a heretic for suggesting it, but try it in five games and see if it doesn't help. A lot of top lane powerhouses subsist on healing, be it through lifesteal or ability healing, and Executioner's Calling cuts that down something fierce.
(Also for Darius... A big important note. Unless you have a reliable dash/mini-flash, if Darius pulls you, the worst thing you can do is try to run. Stick to him like glue so his AOE doesn't hit you at the edge, thus healing him and doing more damage to you. Stay there for about two seconds, attacking up close, THEN pull back. Because he's gonna slow you anyway and you're not gonna get away without taking a good bit of damage. Might as well dish it back.)

Zero Shingetsu1 votesIs he? Because Darius can dominate without ranged skills even without attack speed. If it IS AS Darius... The only solution is to take range and stay at range, I'm afraid, because I can't think of a better way to deal with a guy who rips through armor like nothing.

In my opinion, Tryndamere is op. His r (not a skill shot) can prevent him from dying for a looonggg time. His q (not a skill shot) makes him deal massive damage at low health; making his r + q insane. His w (not a skill shot) also makes the enemies much much slower and deal less damage to him. His w + q makes him very hard to kill in a 1v1. His e (still not a skill shot) is pretty much Garen's e, and of course we all know, Garen's e has an entire playstyle due to how easy and good it is. His passive makes him deal more dps due to increased crit chance for just autoattacking and killing minions even. I don't really have a problem with Darius, but in summary: Tryndamere does more damage for doing damage while making the enemies deal less damage to him, so he cant be killed easily, and as he takes damage, he gains more damage, and then he can click r to not die and deal insane damage to enemies while being completely unkillable (besides fountain structures of course). He can run past towers, he can 1v5, he can 1v1, he can solo baron, solo dragons, front line team fights, and much, much more. I'd appreciate if you were to respond to this if you disagree with something because i really want to see what skill Tryndamere requires (if any). Also, I do understand you don't need skill shots to be good, but being able to consistently hit skillshots does make you good, and champs with most or all of their abilities being skill shots usually require skill.

i main darius and no way in hell is he like anything you described him to be let alone any of the bruisers are the way you described him to be. darius easily wins most lanes ranged included because of his crazy strong engage. he can also easily 2v1 if he isnt played by a bot. like i can barely play him ranked anymore because he keeps getting banned non stop
