time to fix kayne

Kayn needs a boost early. He does zero damage and has only a very pathetic slow for cc. He starts dealing some damages after stalker blade and blue transformation, or being an useful tank/cc harasser with red kayn, but that's a bit late. Before 15 mins, only luck or good teammates with the adequate cc/dmgs can get you kills. The problem is, by that time, your team has already started feeding their carries. You can 1v1 a lot of champs with kayn at 15 mins, but you can't outplay a fed rengar/diana/vayne/udyr/etc.... They'll just right click on you/press their 1-shot button and you're dead... But if kayn had decent damages early or red kayn's bump with W (that you would lose if you pick assassin) then he would get better chances
