Different number of bans for different Tiers.

As the title suggest, could we have a different number of bans for different tiers? The game is in a stage where balance..isn't the best, it really isn't. And it's
kind of sad players picking that one champ they've never played in their life, buying that one item and either doing well or doing so poorly they hurt the team.

Bronze -> Silver For the lowest elos, there should be more bans, to ensure fair play. Allow Bronze/Silvers players to actually play champions which require mechanical skill in order to improve instead of just Champions who stomp lane constantly. For example five bans.

Gold -> Platnium For the middle tiers, there would be for example, four bans. People tend to be better mechanically, farming better understanding of their champions and others.

Diamond -> Challenger These guys the best, the pros and long time players. The regular three bans would suffice.

My reasoning behind this, being in Silver myself, I'm also apart of this. I'd see something OP and go test it out. And either just go neutral or fail miserably. I played Udyr but I saw everyone doing the Echo on Udyr with Zz'rot. I decided to try it and I failed miserably. I much rather Devourer or Cinderhulk. I bring up the number of bans because in low ELO people would watch a stream/LCS game and come to ranked and try to duplicate a pro player's gameplay. And fail. Although props to people who actually can play the champions and do very well. In Bronze, people give the advice, Play easy skill champs that can stomp the game. Sure, that's all well and done but how will they progress when skill is actually needed? In Silver, you need to be mechanically good to rise up to Gold, and be able to cs well, while controlling your lane. But all they know is,** -this champions does damage if I press these buttons in a certain combo-**. And it really hurts the team, because when you were in bronze you'd go 11-4, 10-2, 8-1. All good scores but when you get to Silver, it's a bit more difficult and you find yourself failing more often than not. That's why I considered, increasing the bans in this elo.

In higher elos, people know how to counter play against champions. For example, people in GD would complain about Yi or a Mundo saying they're OP and when you search their profile they're Silver or Gold. And then there's that high elo guy who brings up the fact of CC, kiting and buying certain items. Which would sound like common sense to most, but still nothing's done about it in low elo.

What do you guys think? Also do you think only ONE person should be banning in the ranked phase, instead of multiple people who ban champions who don't need to be banned? But they get banned because that player had one bad experience?

The thing about higher difficulty champs is that they usually have more tools to out-play the lower-difficulty ones.

Also, the goal isn't to get everyone to move up in ELO, the goal is that players of different skill levels will be split up and put into different ELO's. To rank up, you have to learn those more difficult mechanics and strategies.

And besides, if lower level players don't understand champion match-ups very well, having more bans isn't going to help. They still won't know what to ban to help their match-up.
