would love to see aram upgraded with map buff 45-50% cdr , skill cost zero , ms up , regen up .

i feel aram would be much more fun if we didnt have to worry about mana and cds so much . start champs at level 6 also , its incredibly irritating waiting for 6 .

other crazy ideas could include starting every one with warmogs :) . we by mogs sssoooo often ya might as well make it part of the base mode .
