we should be able to make a surrender vote . then LEAVE the match taking the loss if the team refuses to surrender . let them continue in a horrible match without wasting other peoples time .

if a surrender vote is made and two trolls want to waste more time let them play just the two of them . likewise if the tryhards want to try hard let them - withOUT the people who WANT to leave the match .
