I mean it is truly disgusting that he has so much mobility CC and damage. All his poke is free and he doesn't really even have to buy items since his axe does 300 damage at level 6.

Pretty much ungankable.

What CC? Draven has a piddly "knock aside", and his mobility is a movement speed increase, it's not even a dash.

Ungankable? I'm sorry, but there is a reason he's an ADC. He's flimsy AF, if he pushes too hard he is toast if anyone ganks. At least Vayne has condemn and invisibility post 6. If Draven loses lane, he contributes nothing to the team composition.

The problem is is you play against a bruiser, they can easily all in you at level 7 or 8
