Normals Primary secondary roles

Why not just allow us to chose one role for normals? I don't care if que times are a little bit longer (like 1min tops) If I want to play normals and I want to just practice one lane then who is it hurting by allowing us to chose one lane in normals. You have the biggest player base of all video games ever. The que times won't be extended past 1min
