Is blitzcrank still worth buying?
With chapions like thresh, who do everything that he does but better, is he still worth it? Or should i just save for thresh, since i already played him when he was free?

TraakSC2 votesThresh doesn't do what Blitz does. You are misinformed.
Thresh pulls, stuns, AoE slows, lanterns/shield, knocks, and steals souls.
Blitz AoE silences, knocks up, grabs/stuns, has aoe damage, has speed burst, and a tanky passive barrier.
I may have missed some things but this is the jist. Overall Thresh has a bit more utility, while Blitz has more tank.
The Whole Horse1 votesOh ok, it's just that they pretty much fulfill the same role, and thresh just seems to be better at helping out your team (with his lantern and the 99% slow), but il give blitz a shot.
TraakSC2 votesThresh is advertised as the ultimate support. Probably true but no one can deny just the presence of Blitz will make someone play a bit more cautiously.
