Proposed Change : Blind Pick to Draft Pick w/ 0 Bans

Can we make this happen?

I find that Blind Pick is just outdated and really just a pain at this point for every one involved. Why not just change it to a Draft Pick type style, allowing players to Queue like Draft Pick by picking 2 Roles. At that point, you can keep it blind pick style and just let players lock in champions, but at least that will alleviate the spam of MID MID MID, TOP TOP TOP, JUNGNGNGNGNGNNGNG and then those certain players that will lock any thing no matter what.
