small question who does well vs ekko

Try Nasus. He won't do enough damage to kill if you if you go tank. And you will do a lot of damage if you stack well when he jumps in on you. You also have a super strong slow (put points into wither over spirit fire).

So priority points are q>w>e in that matchup. I play a lot of Nasus and Tank ekko doesn't really bother me in laning.

I am pretty sure the pros at MSI were playing against him. I believe doesn't do well against ekko but can manage.

Toplane Tank Ekko? can ATLEAST Survive him can rush a and a or just finish The Lifeline passive + Warlords should give you the lifesteal to outheal his base damage. Deaths Dance might be a better option if you are winning anyway. I don't play him enough to know if you should play safe early, or use Q to shove and abuse Graves' Q's interaction with towers....

Gnar, Wukong, Renekton, Hecarim, Irelia Most toplane champions CAN beat him, but they can't allow Ekko to gain a lead over them. Which is not easy to do, if you aren't an experience toplaner, I would recommend playing Maokai or Graves
