So that's why people are complaining about Sion :'D

So just played my first game against Sion in awhile, my top laner's struggling terribly and I wonder why. At some point, I end up fighting him, and after landing his shout, his Q does almost 80% of my health with just item components and 1 level advantage. Neat. :'D
